学术经历:
1989年3月于美国俄勒冈州立大学获作物学博士学位。
1989年4月—1994年3月为美国威斯康辛大学博士后及研究科学家。
1994年4月破格晋升为南京农业大学教授、博导。
从事专业:作物信息技术、作物生理生态等
近年来主持或参加了国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省科技成果示范推广、农业部农业结构调整重大研究专项等11项,横向合作课题2项。
在国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家863计划、国际合作项目及部省级科研项目的支持下,取得了突出的学术成果。着重明确了小麦作物的籽粒品质形成规律、品质生理生态、品质生态区划及调优栽培技术,为优质高产专用小麦栽培提供了理论基础与技术支撑;基于作物(水稻、小麦)系统的动态分析与定量表达,构建了作物生长模拟模型、作物管理知识模型、基于模型和GIS的作物管理决策支持系统,实现了作物生长预测与管理决策的精确化和信息化;基于作物反射光谱分析,发展了作物氮素营养无损监测、实时诊断及精确调控的技术体系,促进了作物氮素营养快速诊断与高效管理。
荣誉及获奖:
获国家科技进步二等奖2项,部省科技进步一等奖3项,省教学成果一等奖1项。
入选国家杰出青年科学基金、国家教委跨世纪优秀人才、国家人事部百千万人才工程、全国留学回国人员成就奖,江苏省六大人才高峰、省中青年首席科学家、省创新学者攀登计划,以及中国作物学会科技成就奖、美国俄勒冈州立大学杰出服务奖等。
登记国家软件著作权25项,获国家发明专利2项。
培养了硕士38名、博士55名及博士后6名。
