四、荣誉

1997年荣获了美国青年作物科学奖2004年被选为美国作物学会会士(此奖为美国作物学会最高奖,每年只有不到千分之二的会员才能获此殊荣);

2003年被选为美国农学会会士(FELLOW)(此奖为美国农学会最高奖,每年只有不到千分之三的会员获此殊荣);

2012年被评为美国科学促进会会士。

2006年被中国教育部聘为长江学者讲座教授,这也是我国草坪科学领域唯一的长江学者。

2012年南京农业大学以千人计划和长江学者特聘教授,组建中国南方第一个草业学院的草坪草逆境生理和分子生物学实验室
